NurseMichelle, I am often tempted at that work/home transition time. Have you tried having a healthy snack to eat on the trip home, to give you a bit of a boost during that waiting-for-the-bus time? It might be enough to get you through that 20-30 minutes, and if it's something you've packed ahead of time to eat in the car, you have built-in portion control, and can make sure it's a healthy choice.
