i am exactly the same way! my official WI is on monday, but friday im always lighter...and it's pretty consistant, so i think imma make friday my new WI day lol just to keep my spirits up
but yeah, i weigh myself every few days just to make sure im on track.
...every day here. In the morning, after I pee, before I get in the shower or eat... and naked.
I used to do it all the time, but now I only do it once in the morning.
Another obsessive weigher here. I step on the scale two, three, maybe four times a day! Only the morning weight actually "counts" for purposes of my obsessive recording/graphing. The others just help me to gauge where I might be the next morning when the routine starts over. Perhaps my obsessive personality that is shining though in this post has something to do with how I got to where I am
Thanks for your honesty, girls! It really is quite eye opening and inspiring to see that we all have our own ways for dealing with and coping with weigh management.
