  • ...how often do you weigh yourself?

    I weigh once a day - in the morning when I've woken up, after toilet and before breakfast!

    I know they say to only weigh once per week but this is what works for me; it helps me to stay on track.

    So come on, 'fess up!

  • Haven't been on a scale for maybe five years.

    But my skinny jeans (non-stretch) button. They're too tight to wear in public yet, but they button and they feel okay.

    It's a different kind of measuring.
  • I started out once a week. I was GOOD doing it only once a week. The last several weeks - twice or sometimes three times a week. The last couple of weeks - every day. It's like I'm getting more obsessed!! I think the problem is that I've realized I'm usually lighter on Fridays than on Mondays (my technical WI day), so I like seeing that number...
  • Someone get this monkey off my back!!! I weigh every time I pass the scale! I'm addicted to frustration and anxiety it seems.

    i do the same. the scale hadn't moved in 3 weeks and finally it did. i would have missed it if i didn't weigh everytime i went into the bathroom

  • Every morning! It helps me stay op and focused! However, "official" WI day, for my tracking, is Friday morning.

    i am exactly the same way! my official WI is on monday, but friday im always lighter...and it's pretty consistant, so i think imma make friday my new WI day lol just to keep my spirits up

    but yeah, i weigh myself every few days just to make sure im on track.

  • ...every day here. In the morning, after I pee, before I get in the shower or eat... and naked.
    I used to do it all the time, but now I only do it once in the morning.
  • I only weigh once a week, every onve in a while I cheat and weigh twice...
  • Another obsessive weigher here. I step on the scale two, three, maybe four times a day! Only the morning weight actually "counts" for purposes of my obsessive recording/graphing. The others just help me to gauge where I might be the next morning when the routine starts over. Perhaps my obsessive personality that is shining though in this post has something to do with how I got to where I am
