I think I made it a whole week without binging! That hasn't happened in months and months and..... I overate a couple of times, but there is a HUGE difference for me between overeating and binging. Different motivations and emotions involved... So hurray! I'll weigh myself tomorrow and see how things went...

Doing great so far... no binging since Sunday... I know it's only two days, but still... it's better than nothing.
