well, brendanerb, I thought the day was coming and my self-fulfilling prohecy came true. Pleeeeez, someone, PLEEEZE kick me in my 235# Azz?

On the bright side - was not sabotaged by insecure hub (who has been tres supportive now that I've been the Patron Saint of Wifely Assurances--tx for THAT advice gals! ) . . . stood at the cabinet and actively PLANNED what I was gonna snack on - 2:30am-3am'ish . . . TRIED to make a low carb treat in Trusty Magic Bullet - turned out gross and poured down the sink. In frustration and AGONY . . . I CHOSE to eat A graham cracker with peanut butter . . . not so bad right? THEN I ate the WHOLE FREAKIN' PACK - like 7-8? - SLATHERED IN PEANUT BUTTER!!!

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

Passed out on my peanut buttery face.

Hey am I still on the "bright side" here?

Now historically on my 247# Journey . . . this is where I say---"FROCK IT" and slowly but surely slip into unconsciousness eating. "Well, I blew it in the night so how 'bout a box of Grape Nuts for breakfast Auddie?"

With your help, I hope that this time I can just chalk it up and rejoin Sherry in the 3day to Ketosis Challenge? Whattya say gals? I know we've just "met" . . . do you think I need to be on the Binge Eater Forum or can you all help me:

STEP AWAY FROM THE PEANUT BUTTER GRAHAMS AT 3AM AUDDIE - AND NO ONE WILL BE HURT!!!!!!! (?????)

ahhhhhh . . . glad I GOT that Post over with! It's almost like I did this on purpose just to get it over with, ya know? Like "failure" - "cheating" - was inevitable so let's get it out da way?

Working on losing that demented mindset and ready to carry on, best I can.

ZonieB: I have had lots of trouble with this Board from Day 1 . . slow to load/pop ups and vanishing Posts. (?????)

lilyb: Very worrisome abut your DD! Makes my graham cracker BS worries pale in comparison - you & yours remain in my prayers.

WTG Bnerb & Arkie! Great work out job & way to avoid the Siren Song of those EVIL vending machines!!!!

Question: Where did the STICKY on RECIPES go?

I am in DIRE need of the 1 Minute Muffin Recipe!

Off to see if we can dig ourselves out of this Ice Age and if I could make it to work tonight . . . Have a Great Day All!

Yes you ARE a hoot Aud. A lot of fun.

Well Today I woke up and weighed. Same old, same old. So then at work my tummy felt a bit upset, I wound up in the bathroom and then decided to come home for lunch. Stripped off all my clothes and weighed in again (after about 4 hours from the first time) and the scale was down 1.5 pounds. So I'm now back at 249.5. YAY!

IF I can keep it from rising today then maybe tomorrow I can see some new losses!

Steak for lunch.

Hi everyone, It is snow and ice here. Schools are cancelled.
I'm feeling better about things. Over my disaster with the jerk Dr. and refuse to let it bother me anymore. I'll just find me a new one that I do like, after all I am paying for his services and deserve to be treated with respect.
I'm working on my financial plan that I had mentioned to a few of you. Everything is OK, but not great.
The Lunesta that I have been put on to help me sleep, is making me sleep too much. I took one at 1:30 this morning and woke up 12 hrs. later. Very groggy. I may try just taking a 1/2 tablet and see if that helps.

I have to admit that I totally s@ck at baking. I tried the muffin recipe and the revolution rolls. Mine were fluffy when I removed them from oven and promptly went flat. I ended up dousing them with sugar free syrup and butter and ate them that way. They tasted like french toast. Baking was so much easier and tastier with the no-no flour. The rest of my family thought they were totally gross and even the Dog didn't want them. LOL
Aud, ROFL, I figured out early that if I get a taste of peanut butter that I can't stop. I'll eat a whole jar. Not usually on bread or crackers, just by the spoonfuls.

Robin: Hope the weather doesn't get too nasty for ya! And hope you got everything done you needed to.

Kel: WTG on avoiding the machine! Keep up the awesome work and hope you had a nice sleep

Aud: Ok, I'll return the favor.
STEP AWAY FROM THE JUNK!!! And here's the link to the 1 minute muffin: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=83347 and here is for the whole recipe section:
http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=83 Now remember STAY AWAY FROM THE PB GRAHAMS!!!!! The only time I eat peanut butter is when I have the hiccups. Best saved for that!!

Sherry: Good luck keeping the 1.5 pound gone!! Hope you don't need anymore bathroom trips to do it though!

Lily: Hope you get your dosage for Lunesta worked out! Wonder if that'd work for DH. He doesn't sleep decent! Glad to hear your plan will be ok. And sorry to hear about the baking. I'm not an adventurous baker so I don't know if I suck at it or not.

Well, I got my exercise in 2 mile WATP tape and THEN promptly went through the 20 minute step aerobics!!! WAHOO!! Hopefully the scale drops--but I'm not anticipating a good WI tomorrow as I've added the exercise and I'm sure it'll take a while for the water weight to be gone because of it. But I'm feeling better (waiting to see how I feel tomorrow from doing so much )!!! We'll see how long I can keep this up

I did!! I got it all done!! I had to figure out how to change a blade on our cutter, then had to heat press a bunch of sweatshirts for a store. I thought it was so cool. Its a store for plus sized women called Voluptuous Diva! So that was printed on the front in a very pretty frilly font, and a heart/scrolly thing for the back bottom of the shirts. Very nice!! She had cut them first, cut off the collar and the sleeve cuffs. I loved them. I think Im going to go get myself a couple of these (they are only $5 at kmart) I think my dd would wear sweat shirts like this too, with something cool printed on them.

Got all our deliveries done, got our anual festival walk in, on the strip we used to have a shop on. So all in all it was a good day.

Went out for supper tonight....I had a few french fries....but not many. I ordered the smoked bbq baby back ribs, and wow were they good. So I was pretty full after eating 1/2 a rack of ribs Still a success as far as Im concerned.

K, Im off to watch the DaVinci code with hubby, have a great evening ladies.

Hi everyone. It is cold here. I just went and put on thick socks and thermal underwear. I used to love winter and the cold didn't bother me, now I can't seem to keep warm enough. Thermostat says 72 degrees, but I'm cold and have a space heater warming me up. We have a lot of ice on the ground. I need to get to the grocery store, but hate to go out in this. I made chili last night and took me out a small bowl before I added the chili beans for my DH and kids.
I slept a total of 15 hrs. yesterday and went to bed at 9PM last night and slept 11 hrs. I think my body just needs to adjust to this sleeping pill. I don't normally take anything like this. I will give it a while to adjust.
My son got a bill for 1756.00 from moving out of his apt. early and breaking his lease. I have a call into my attorney to see if he has to pay this. I know they can't charge him for anytime that they have moved someone else into the apartment. He has enough in his savings acct. to pay it, but I hate to see him have to pay for an extra 4 months of rent that he is living here.

Robin, sounds like you have been busy. I love sweatshirts, I asked for some on my Christmas list. I also wanted flannel PJ's and new hat and gloves. It doesn't matter what I get, I'll go buy myself anything that I still need. LOL

My labrador is pregnant. She is afraid of storms and a couple nights ago it stormed. She's so fat she couldn't jump on my bed like she usually does if she gets scared. LOL, I took her to my DD's room and let her stay with her. She has about 3 more weeks til puppies are due and she is huge already. Almost all of the pups are already spoken for. I plan to keep one female puppy.

aud, I'm sorry. Didn't mean to offend you about the PB and crackers. I have a real problem with PB myself. I have to measure it because I found that a TBSP can hold 1/2 a cup if you stack it on there just right.

I went grocery shopping this evening. I didn't buy any splenda, too easy for me to make cookies with it. I stuck to on-plan food items.

We ate dinner out and I declined cake, that's something new for me.

Robin: WTG on only eating a couple fries! That took awesome willpower!

Lily: WTG on forgoing the cake. Hope your DS doesn't have to pay the bill! I would love to see pics of the puppies (if you can!).

Aud: Hey there! Question: How about throwing away the grahams so they're not a temptation? Remember me and the raisin advice you gave me? Just trying to help you as well Hope you're able to kick that addiction!!

Well, WI was better than I expected. Was a little upset as it was "only" 3 pounds until I really thought about it....it's THREE pounds DOWN!!! So I'm ok about it now. And the best news....went to my moms today and turned DOWN CHERRY CHEESECAKE!!! That's a first for me and it felt GREAT to do that!! So I figure if I can do that....it means I'm on my way to being thin again On another plus note-I did 1 mile WATP. On a minus note: Didn't drink all my water. ONWARD!!!!

Hey guys! The 1st of december was my first day on Atkins after switching from South Beach! I figured i needed to be a little more strict with what i ate and Atkins seemed to be the answer

day 1 i had 16 carbs and today i only had 9.

This seems too good to be true! My goal is to lose 10 pounds in december!

Well confession time. I had a meltdown yesterday. I went out in the morning to Trader Joe's trying to get some of their low carb white chocolate, but they didn't have any in the store.

So my evening went into complete meltdown because I didn't want low carb milk chocolate. I wanted REAL chocolate.

But I intend to get back on plan today asap. I got it out of my system and I'm ready to be strong again.

My daughter and I went to Walmart last night and we started looking at clothes (for her). I wound up buying her a suede jacket that was marked down half price to 35 dollars. She is so tiny, just about a size 3 or something, and I didn't see any others there like it, just this one tiny jacket. But she loves it!

At that price I couldn't not buy it. I really didn't want to spend even that much money right now, but it was too much of a bargain to pass up.
