Can I join in on the challenge? I have been eating nuts and I know it says no nuts during induction, so I have to stop.

Are Bud Lights on the Induction?

Had a Great Hotel Time . . . stayed true to Induction 'cepting for a few frosties . . . ok more than a few!

Started out good with a lc blue bunny yogurt - snacked on turkey dipped in mayo and cheese cubes - went downhill with the beer tho'. PLUS the workout room was CLOSED - but did get in quite a bit of Pool Time - ok mainly hot tub time.

Back on track today - with a delicioco turkey/cheese/egg white omelette . . . taking the little one on a bike ride on the riverfront---a looooong bike ride.

Didja get off the nuts Holly?

Some leftover green beans and strawberries. I left most of the turkey at mom in laws house! No leftovers here to worry about.

I have ditched the nuts, I moved on to celery sticks with chive cream cheese. I got a lot of good recipes from the forums and Linda’s web site, I can’t wait to cook this weekend!

Like Sherry said - I'm so much better at this when PREPARED!

Did a good job with H20 today too . . . sooo dehydrated from the beer.

Trying to get myself switched over to day shift while I'm off . . . want to get a walk in early tomorrow---- b4 couch potato football tomorrow.

Hi everyone

I'm hoping to join along with the induction phase. I started today and am doing pretty well carb and water wise.

It's funny how I feel more energetic all of a sudden today. I wouldn't have thought it would happen so soon. Then again I've been drinking more water than I have in months. Maybe I'm coming out of a dehydrated state, hmmm.

Hi and Welcome momwithagoal!

The energy I get from this way of life is the reason I've returned to it - I've felt better since the first day (around 11/18) all the way up to this very day than I have in . . . well, in since I don't know when!

Hope you'll join us in the Weekly Chat Thread too.

I think I'm in Day 2 of the extended 3 day Challenge? Whatever the case, my mouth is so dry a sheik with a herd of camels just trekked across my tongue!!!!!!

ummmm, must be bedtime when I'm this cyber-goofy.

Will be weighing in tomorrow instead of Thursday . . . hope I'm not crushed if I hit a stall like Sherry . . . feeling so good, think I can ride it out.

We'll see.

OK, am committing to my own 3 day no cheat - wahoooo. Here goes. Starting today until at least Saturday I will stay absolutely OP. I need to do this to get myself back on track. Have had some bad days recently - got off program. Got back on yesterday - with great success. So here goes. Am committed!!! Go self. Go self. Go self. (cyber goofy myself?).

On day two now. So far so good. I've been keeping busy shopping this morning.

Just had a low carb salad. Had an omelet earlier. Need to drink more water.
