I should have 23 net carbs by the end of the day. I am estimating that my meal from a cafeteria is about 18 carbs and I am splitting it into lunch and dinner. It is Collards, Green Beans and a skewer of chicken with slices of red pepper between them. I had 2 ozs. of pecans for breakfast. I plan to have a low carb fudge bar before bed (3 Net carbs).
Yesterday 11/14/06 came out to 18 net carbs - a little low for me, but did good even with eating out for hub's bday Monday - I ate 27 carbs.
11/17 I went overboard. Had dessert when me and DD ate dinner out while shopping. Just a few bites, and I decided that I really didn't even want it. So, ordered coffee and just had that. Carb estimate was 50 for today.
11/17 I think today is going to be low about 18. I ate breakfast casserole (1.6) Ribs (0), SF gum 2 pcs. (4), Chicken Breast (1), 3 meatballs (2.5) Mock garlic mash (5), and Broccoli (4.3). I may eat a fudge pop later which will bump it up to 21.
