my breakfast menu for Sat 9/24
1 frankfurter wrapped in a steamed cabbage leaf with 1TB cream for tea Hugs :) BB |
I had 3 slices of bacon and 2 eggs scrambled with cheese. Gotta love them eggs.

We had no eggs or any low carb food whatsoever besides pizza which is what everyone else was having so I just had a can of tuna.

Sunday 9/24 breakfast was:
Turkey burger platter[2 burgers with jack cheese melted on top] 1TB cream for my tea BB |
I was out of the house early today and didn't have any breakfast. Had some grilled chicken, spinach and salad for lunch.

I had an Atkins bar and a cup of coffee this morning. I'm trying hard to stay at or below 20 carbs again.

Ok i just read through all of this and now i am hungry, lol. Ok RobinW where do you buy your shake mix and how long does it usually ask. I normally just have a atkins shake for dinner cause I dont get off till late and dont really want to eat that late at night and am really not hungry enough to cook, so that would be perfect if it lasts longer than the shakes do. cause they are a bit pricey if you are broke like me and they only last 4 days.

I love bacon and have been eatting a lot of it lately...like 8 strips at a time and then if I am at home I may fry the same amount up for lunch or dinner. I know someone is going to tell me I am doing wrong by doing this...right?
I mean ...there's no carbs and I am buring up the calories like nobody's buisness. :) |
