Protein Fiber Strawberry Smoothie with Whipped Cream

OK, I wanted to have a Sonic burger (yep, full menu, all day) with bacon, cheese, chili, onion - make that extra bacon and chili and cheese - with the bun of course, plus chili cheese tots - sonic sized, a large huge chocolate malt and maybe a corn dog. Now in my before dieting me that would have been too much. I HATE PMS.
I'm actually having 2 scrambled eggs with 2 Tbs salsa and 1 oz seriously sharp cheddar Cabot cheese (yummy cheese for you cheese lovers), plus coffee. I HATE PMS. Anyway, am trying to stick to it for 3 days. Probably will post a lot - needing to do something to keep focused until PMS munchies pass. grrrrr grrrr grrr grrrrr. |

eggs over easy, bacon, and one of those incredible 1-minute muffins from the recipe page...Yum; good breakfast!
