Protein Fiber Strawberry Smoothie with Whipped Cream

OK, I wanted to have a Sonic burger (yep, full menu, all day) with bacon, cheese, chili, onion - make that extra bacon and chili and cheese - with the bun of course, plus chili cheese tots - sonic sized, a large huge chocolate malt and maybe a corn dog. Now in my before dieting me that would have been too much. I HATE PMS.

I'm actually having 2 scrambled eggs with 2 Tbs salsa and 1 oz seriously sharp cheddar Cabot cheese (yummy cheese for you cheese lovers), plus coffee. I HATE PMS. Anyway, am trying to stick to it for 3 days. Probably will post a lot - needing to do something to keep focused until PMS munchies pass. grrrrr grrrr grrr grrrrr.

Try this recipe Kel http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2043 this is the one...I add lots of bacon, cheese and sour cream when Im pms'ing. Fixes those cravings, and crazy hunger during that time.

I had a green salad with fake crab meat and Italian dressing.
I would like to change the world and remove the narrowly definined boundaries of "breakfast food."
