What is liver pudding? Doesn't sound too appealing, especially as a breakfast food, tho I do like Liver!

Today's menu:

Breakfast: 3 stalks of celery with dill dip
Lunch: Big salad with tuna
Dinner: Something from the ballpark????? Hotdog, no bun, lite beer???
Snack: peanuts-also at the ballpark, another lite beer????

Liver pudding is a mixture of pork, pork heart, pork liver and spices - doesn't sound good when you put it like that. We get it at a local locker plant. I grew up with it. Kind of like a sausage when it cooks down, but the consistency of more like shredded pork.
