At this rate I won't make it. Might end up looking at the fat fast again to jump start things. I'll see how it goes on Saturdays WI.

How's it going w/you?

I went high with my goal because I was just starting, so I hoped for a big initial loss. Now, 2 days in and 1.5 lbs up, I might change my goal to "EVEN" I am thinking of staying away from the scale until it has been a full week (right after I weigh myself one last time this AM)

So far so good eating wise. I'll weigh today and see how it goes.

Terrible so far. Scale went up 5 pounds and then up another 1/2 pound! Oh well. I just need to get back on track. That stuff is all water, and it will leave as quickly as it came if I just eat right.

I'm floundering. I want to do well. But I'm not feeling it. Plus it snowed, the first full day of spring and it snowed. Now come on, that would make anyone want to eat all day. Infact I didn't weigh today as I was a little afraid of what it would say. I had a whole packet of sf cherry gello smothered in rediwhip last night. And I have to confess it's the second night in a row. I put the kids to bed and stuffed my face with. How bad is that?
So back to the grind stone today.

There's nothing wrong with a whole package of sugar free jello smothered in RediWhip -- I do it all the time. I love the stuff. I've been known just to spray the whipped cream directly in my mouth too when I'm craving sweets.

If you look up the nutrition information for sugar-free jello, it shows 0 carbs. Plus the spray whipped cream might as well have 0.

Yeah, I know, it's NutriSweet. But I lost 100 lbs eating it anyway.

Thanks for that Hockeyfan7. And yes as I cover my jello with the cream I always have to get a big mouthful too. It just makes me laugh and feel like a kid. There was a funny commercial not so long ago with a grandfather and grandson and the grandfather did it first or something. Well armed with your okay I'm going to make jello for tonight. Orange I think. I can't wait to put the kids to bed and watch american idol with jello and cream.

You can make home made ready whip with heavy whipping cream and three packets of splenda. It is so yummy and creamy.

I'm wonderful, spectacular, I can NEVER remember feeling this good!!!

I also feel the need to brag on myself!

I was in my dd's room picking up her dirty clothes to take them to the washer and I picked up a size 10 pair of Tommy's that her dad got her this weekend......and...they were just so freakin' cute that I had to try them on and THEY FIT ME!!!!! They weren't tight or squeezing me, my belly wasn't hanging over or anything!!!!

I had to share my happiness with my daughter and let's just say she wasn't as thrilled as I was

WOOOHOOOOO!!!!!!

Wow! How fun! I'll never be able to fit into anything that belongs to my daughter. It is going the opposite way with us. She keeps trying to fit into some really OLD clothes that I used to be able to wear. A red skirt and a black dress in particular. I'm saving them. One day I hope to be able to wear them again.

Jackie, my dear. What is your goal weight??

WHEN you get to goal I'll bet anything you'll be wearing smaller than 10's! We taller gals have a bit of an advantage regarding sizes If I were shorter and weighed what I do I could easily fit into 16's or 18's, I'm sure...

so put that chin into the air and tell that body of yours that it better get ready cause there's a whole huge beautiful wardrobe ahead for it!!!
