Goal for today, keep a positive mental attitude. Believe in myself. I CAN do this thing. So what if it takes longer than I want it to? It isn't a race, it is an endurance test.
I achieved all of my goals yesterday and I'm finding it easier to calm the critic in my head down, I can't believe the difference it's making in every part of my life.

My goal for the rest of the day is to get some exercising in before bed and to get the rest of my water in.
goal for tomorrow:
1) drink 8 glasses of water (at least)
2) up the exercise by 10 minutes or 1/2 mile
3) stay on induction
Yesterday was good goal-wise for me, except reading to my son, but we played cars instead...so I guess thats a fair trade for him.
Today:

I'm going out to eat...so my goal is to only eat Induction friendly foods...shouldn't be hard, but if I put it in writing I'll DO IT!!!!!!

My sciatica is acting up and I DO NOT want to go through another back surgery, so I did not walk on the treadmill last night, and it was snowing. Not going to beat myself up about it, my back is much more important than a single day of exercise.
goal for today

2) exercise if I can handle it
3) to NOT EAT A SINGLE PIECE OF GUM OUT OF THE CANDY JAR AT WORK.
(this has totally been my downfall. I swear one day I gained two pounds JUST by eating all the gum at work!!!!)
I met all goals except the water goal. I was having alot of heartburn yesterday, and the water was just making it worse. I was eating wayyyyyyyyy too many tums. So I backed off on the water, and I wasn't too bad.
