Even though it says Induction Friendly on the can, my book doesn't mention it on my induction food list. If you can stick it out, I think it's important to follow exactly what's on the food list in the book before adding other things in because you don't know how shakes, bars, etc may effect your weightloss, and you'll have no baseline for comparison if you eat them from the beginning

Try hard boiled eggs, deviled eggs, celery w/cream cheese, etc. for snacks, and stick to meat, eggs, cheese and legal veggies for meals. I think you'll have outstanding results if you stick with induction as written.
