I am also having trouble with not seeing the scale move, measurements are not changing either. I had not heard of the fat fast. I think I could do the only eating eggs for a couple of days, but not the nuts. Thanks for the information and I might try this if I don't see results soon. It feels like I have been re-losing the same 2 lbs. for about a month. It is frustrating but I am trying to stay positive and look at the over-all picture of where I came from.

Started the only eggs this morning. It is now 10:00Pm and I sure wish I could have something more. Will do this again tomorrow . How long should I wait to weigh to see if it made any difference? I sure hope it did.

Hi ya Lilybelle:

I have never done a fast, or the egg fast for that matter. The egg one seems to work well for Lacey. I would start another thread titled egg fast or something along those lines and see what they say. This is just an older thread I started when I was having trouble. I got out of it, but I don't recommend doing it. I felt bad afterwards for a few days...

Thanks FAlon, today is my 2nd day on nothing but eggs. Saw a 2#loss this morning and was ecstatic. Felt thinner, so couldn't wait any longer to weigh. I will stick to this all day today and I am feeling fine. Plan for another hour on treadmill tonite, and maybe some yard work. Even this loss was very inspirational for me because I just seemed to be stalled. Will definitely do this again if I stall. Gave me great motivation.
