Thanks to all of you for helping me get through this. I know that i will lose the amount of weight that i want to lose. I hope all of you ladys are having a nice day and eating good. Have a nice night. I have class tonight so can't really get in the internet tonight.

Good Morning everyone, I started going to the gym yesterday and it felt so good. I lost 2 pounds so far. Congrats to me. Have a Green Day.

Hey there, this is actually my first day on Atkins too. Before, I lost 50 pounds doing Slim Fast, and although I've kept it off, my body is just so well adjusted and used to it that I have to switch up. I'm really excited about this new approach and the fact that I don't have to count fat/caleries anymore. That's so great that you've joined the gym! I use my Ablounge and have some exercise tapes that I do 3 times a week. Good luck!

oh thanks. I'm glad that you've lost lots of weight. I just hope that by the summer i've lost enought weight to make me feel better about myself. Before i used to love taking pictures. Now i don't even take pictures with my daughter. I just not used to carrying so much weight on. ( even if it's been 5 years.)
