Default book ?

I think I got the wrong book from the library it's the Atkins for life book , but it does talk about the Induction and other phases and I did the little test they had in there and got it all right .
So do you think I should still read the other book before I start or will I be ok with this?

I think Atkins for life is more of a maintenance book, not so much for starting and beginning the diet. I'd read one of the others if I were you, but then I haven't read the "for life" book so I really can't say.

The PP life plan book did both it did induction and was geared toward making life style changes and to live the PP wol for the rest of your life. making it a lifestyle choice. I thought it was well written and Atkins came out with their "for Life" about the same time. I would believe it is written in the same vein induction, weight loss and then making maintainence a way of Life. giving backing information to help you support the changes. I would say that they both were written and published at the same time because people were doing low carb and then stopping it to eat maintain weight loss but going back to eating any thing and everything that made them fat in the first place. they did ti to show people that it was a forever change not just a tempory change.

So Im my opinion though I have not read that particular bood, I think it will give you the info that you need.

I haven't read that one. I have the New Atkins Diet Revolution and the Protein Power Life Plan book. I'm using the Lose Weight the Smart Low Carb Way book.
