Way to go Ladies on your exercise for the month. I have been going to Curves at least 4 times a week and I love it. Today my DD and I went together. It was fun.

Would bowling count even if I didn't elevate my heartrate? Throwing that bowling ball IS hard work (especially around the middle of the 2nd game)
