Every once in awhile I'm in a situation where pizza is the only thing available. I just help myself and scrape all the toppings of my pieces and eat them. I throw the crusts away really fast before I can be tempted to start nibbling on them.

When I was diagnosed with Celiac disease and had to give up all foods that had flour in them, pizza was the only thing that was so hard to give up. I didn't miss anything else.

To this day, my DH may not bring pizza into the house. If he wants it, he has to go get it somewhere and eat it there or wait until I'm going to be out for the evening.

LaurAnn - I'm at the exact same point you are -- almost 2 weeks and down 4 lbs. I love the 4 lbs loss. I went 4 months on my last plan and only lost 5 lbs.
