  • Tonight I'm making steak, mashed cauliflower and salad. I love the mashed cauliflower. so does my DS who is 5
  • I had a low-carb quesadilla with steak, cheese, sour cream and guacamole. Home-made food and it was delicious and so easy to fix. The rest of my family had mexican casserole with mexican rice. My husband gets whiney if he don't get his carbs.
  • Breakfast-Low carb vanilla shake & 2 slices bacon
    Lunch-Deli sliced ham over salad
    But dinner was the best-
    I made a pot roast in the crock pot, with a powder based gravy that only had 4 carbs per 1/4 cup (which I watered down a little anyway), and of course garlic and other seasonings.
    I shredded it on a plate with just a little of the gravy, and melted some mozzerella cheese over it. SOOOOO good.

    I didn't even feel deprived watching everyone else eat their roast with rice, mashed potatos, and corn, which I would NEVER have been able to do without before.
  • Grilled chicken breast and asparagus for dinner.

    Lunch was slices of ham, turkey and roast beef with cheddar on a lettuce leaf with 2 slices of tomato and about a tsp of mayo.

    Breakfast was this low carb cereal I bought from Netrition.
  • I had a sausage and cheese omelet for breakfast. No lunch, just a piece of string cheese. Had baked chicken, brocolli, salad and cottage cheese for dinner.
  • Breakfast-sugar free pudding
    Lunch-Salad with grilled chicken
    Dinner-Pepperoni slices with shredded cheese (microwaved)
  • Breakfast: almonds with my coffee
    Lunch: tuna salad and Diet Rite Cola
    Supper: Cheese burger, no bun and grilled asparagus
    Snack: 2 beef jerkey sticks

  • Breakfast: Whey Protien shake
    Lunch: tuna salad in half an avacado
    Dinner: pork loin, broccoli, salad
    Snack: cucumber and yogurt cheese
  • Breakfast - 1 1/2 eggs scrambled in 1 TBSP butter with cheese; 2 slices of bacon; 2 sausage links (I scrambled 3 eggs and split with DH)

    Lunch - Grilled rainbow trout; salad with ranch; grilled veggies

    Dinner - Grilled elk medallions; grilled asparagus

    I have a hot dog for a snack (it has 1 gram of carbs) with cheese -- I've been craving hot dogs lately.
  • I had scrambled eggs with cheese and 3 slices of bacon for breakfast. Lunch will be 2 slices of ham rolled up with cream cheese, green onions and black olives, dinner will be low carb steak quesadilla. Snack will be raspberries with cream topping.
  • Dinner was SO good-
    Tyson pre-cooked chicken strips, southwest flavor
    Topped with shredded colby and monterey jack cheese
    and 2 Tbs salsa

    6 grams carbs altogether

  • It's 12:30 here and I haven't eaten yet today -- just a diet Coke. I'm not really hungry, but I'm going to have to go have something.
  • Yesterday I had steak, and a salad, tonight I had chicken, broccoli, and a salad. I just haven't been that hungry, which is unlike me, this WOE is great. Judy
