Default May I join you all
Hello, I was wondering if I could join you all.
I have already started the induction phase, its been 8 days and I've lost 7 pounds. Is that good for the first week. I'm following it strictly.
I started at 293, and I am down to 286.
I drink only water, about 2-3 litres a day.
Anyhow thank you for your welcomes.
my first goal is 240.
then 200
I'm also 5'9
