You've gotta battle the peanut butter monster, I've gotta battle the coffee demon

I used to drink a pot a day, at least. I'm down to 2 or 3 mugs, but I need to cut it out all together. I like creamer and Splenda in it, but didn't realize till today that the coffee itself has carbs in it - duh. Each mug is 4 carbs, and I'd rather eat carbs than drink them. My Friday goal is one cup.
