Taking Charge!!!
I didn't have to think long before things popped into my head. Things I need to get control of, and reasons for doing so! Too easily I fell into the mentality of "oh, eating this won't hurt". Or "I'll wait until next week/ or New Years". That's the reason I'm in the shape I'm in!!!
Effective today:
I will NOT eat junk food.
On Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Eve I WILL control the junk going into my mouth. Allowing morsels of goodies is one thing...scarfing handfulls of candy/cookies is another!
I WILL start drinking my water!!
I WILL start to (try) exercise every day (even if it's just a 1 mile WATP tape!)
I WILL GAIN CONTROL OVER MY FOOD AND NOT LET MY FOOD CONTROL ME!
