Diet Rite is supposed to be ok but it doesn't count toward your daily water intake so remember to drink at 64 oz of water each day not including your soda. I don't drink soda because I noticed that I stalled with it. Not everyone does, but certain people do.
Are you still doing induction? jello is not one of the allowable foods during induction. Follow this link... http://www.atkins.com/articles/atkin...eptable-foods/ ... to see all of the acceptable foods for induction. During induction, only eat what's on this list.
Hope that helps. Don't get frustrated if you stall, just keep following the plan and you will push through it.
You are doing great!

When you're on the first two weeks of Atkins, the induction phase, you need to stick with it exactly. Sticking to it will clear your body of sugar, carbs, and help you adjust to your new fat burning ways. After the first two weeks, you can add things a little at a time. I don't know about Diet Rite, but I added one diet coke per day. I eat sugar free jello to

Hi i just started Atkins last week, and i've lost 5 pounds, but i just read about crystal light, and other sweeteners can slow weight loss, i think this has happened. What else should i avoid that is usually "unseen"?

Hi DietCity. Welcome and Congrats on your fantastic weight loss! We'd love to have you come and join in the Weekly chat threads and meet everyone. I hope to see you there!

A few things I think of right off that have hidden sugars and carbs are gravys, soups, low carb bars and shakes, lunch meats, and a lot of pre-made foods that say the are "low carb", like low carb candy. And just assume that restraunts have all sorts of thickeners and seasonings with hidden sugar in foods. The "Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution" book has everything you need to know about these hidden carbs, or sugar alcohols. My paperback copy cost me $5.00. Here's some information on sugar alcohols posted here:
