Audrey, I used them and thought they were great. I was pretty sure I was in ketosis, but being the paranoid person I am, I wanted to know for sure. Every time I used the strip and it turned the right color, it made me feel more confident that I was doing everything right. And if I slipped up a little and ate some carbs, I could find out if it kicked me completely out of ketosis or whatever and I could do what I needed to get back on track. After a while I just kind of quit using them because I learned to know my body and what it was doing better... I'll still use them once in a great while.
I think they are a great tool and highly recommend them. By the way, I never had the bad breath or anything when I was in ketosis.
Just remember, you don't have to use them every time you pee or even every day. I know you're a little OCD (like me), but you don't need to go overboard.
