Default Starting out w/questions

I was told by my doctor to do Atkins and that it's a must. I have been doing many stupid diets lately and so I'll give this a try. It says to give up caffeine but I can't really right now I will though. But what can I put in my coffee just cream? Would that be ok. I have made it through 2 days of induction.

Personally I didnt give up coffee, I love it too much. Drinking coffee didnt and doesnt effect my weightloss, so I wouldnt really worry about it too much. Mind you if your drinking pots of coffee, then it might be good to cut back If you like your coffee sweet, try splenda, or some of the other sweeteners out there.

Cream and Splenda to sweeten it would be fine. Caffeine CAN ****** weightloss in some people so you might try easing off. Some folks switch to decaf by using it half and half with the leaded stuff and then decreasing the leaded bit by bit.
