Breakfast:
Coffee with cream and sweetner (2) -- 6
Macadamia nuts -- 2
String cheese -- 1

Lunch:
Turkey burger -- 0
Cheese -- 1

Snack:
Collard greens -- 1

Supper:
Taco salad -- 5

Snack:
Almonds -- 4

Bad, Jina:
Beer -- 8

TOTAL: 28 carbs

Breaky~ protein shake w/fibre, egg salad and string cheese

Lunch~ 2 slices of packaged turkey, 1 oz cheese, egg salad

Snack~ string cheese

Supper~ chicken and ceasar salad

Total: 15 Fibre: 7 Calories: 1187

Lunch:
Green beans -- 5
Cheese -- 1

Snack:
Almonds -- 4
Beef jerky -- 1

Supper:
Sushi -- 20 (??)
Beer -- 7

TOTAL: ~43 carbs

TOTAL: 20 carbs (Terrible nutrition, though! )
