I'll work on the water first and then try to get in more exercise. Otherwise I've been OP!! WOOHOO!!! Haven't stepped on the scale. Really don't want to be disappointed. I think the only way I'm going to lose more weight is to get back into that induction phase. I've just got to gear down and do it!!
I haven't been posting because we were on vacation. We just got back yesterday, and I feel awful. I cheated (BAD) every day we were on vacation. I am scared to get on the scale... I know I gained back what I lost the past 3 weeks. We have to make a grocery trip on Sunday, and I am buying what I need to eat so I can get back on track. Has anyone else fallen off the wagon for a whole week? It's going to be hard to get focused again, but I WANT to lose this weight!
Anyway, the best thing to do is just to get back on track ASAP! Don't get down on yourself, focus on what you can do today, right now, to start eating healthy. The first few days of getting back on plan may be tough, but once those are under your belt, the rest will come easier. You can do this -- we all can do this!
I have been trying to get back on today and I ALMOST got through , and then ended up eating a piece of cake since I had no dinner. I had a kitchen show and did not eat there so when I got home I was starving and ended up eating a pc of the cake I brought home. geez! I am so disappointed in myself. I was finally doing good again. I gained 10 pounds on vacation so that bites. I have GOT to get back in gear!
