Default Peanut Butter?

One of my favorite snacks is a few small slices from a block of cheddar cheese with about a tablespoon of all-natural peanut butter.

Do you eat peanut butter on Atkins? On induction?

I am not really doing Atkins, but cutting out as much carbs as I can, and all sugar (except fruit) in order to detox my body from all the crap.

You can peanut butter on Atkins, but not during induction. You can have it once you get to OWL (ongoing weight loss phase) after you get to the nuts rung. Make sure that you buy peanut butter without ANY sugar in it. I buy the kind that you grind yourself in the grocery store from pure nuts with no additives. You'll need to keep it in the fridge because there are no preservatives -- but it tastes so much nuttier than the stuff in a jar. I also buy almond butter the same way.
