Cold here in Mass. Coldest may on record and i am all covered up in fleese.

Religious school graduation last night. 2 hour service. Tje kids, who it was for, were so oochy, I could have screamed.

I have been feeling much better and been out walking. i did 5 miles on Thursday and 4 yesterday. i do plan to go out today when DH gets back from golf.

Still missing my girlies, a friend sent me a wonderful book yesterday called Dog Heaven. i cried all over again, so did the kids!

Ok off to karate, but not before I brush my teeth!

Well, I managed to stay OP so far. A little higher in carbs (due to carrots and dip) than I should be but it's better than nothing. My DS called and told me our insurance company might actually PAY for Curves (she goes and is getting great results)!!! So I might just have to check that out. As long as they'll pay for it and I'm not paying for it out of my own pocket Time to go off shopping again. Dang I really could use a nap!!!

I am here can not wait untill I can dump all those chips out of the house and keep just plain good snacks in the house. HHHMMM that will be in about 14 years, when the kids are out!!! HE HE

chilly today watched a movie before I rolled out of bed, so coffee is cold waiting for it to warm up then suck it down. DS2 left the bag of chips on the counter and I had a few. MMMM but it does not taste as good as feeling good does. If I repeat that enough times I may beleive it!!! Especially since I have so much to lose. This is the hard part waiting to see any changes. UGH!!!

Brenda I do not get a Pay off of the gym but the one I go to as we joned in a corperate level (20 of us three from my family alone) we got a half price discount. which was good but it still costs a lot since I am paying for 3 people. I wish they did pay roll deduction that would be so much easier.

I had to go to work 3 times yesterday 1st was to hslep with breakfst and then lunch and then again for supper but that one lasted till 11pm as they had a call out. I guess They are luck that I am flexable. my house is a mess but my people are taken care of. and I get to love them up all of them even the crabby ones!!! I just got called I need to bring in some lilacs for a friend. Well gals I guess it is time to get the day moving!!!

Good morning!
Bedroom purge this morning. Old stockings and tights, old undies and bras, yellwoed tee shirts, magazines and just plain worn out stuff from the winter. Lots of stuff that needs to go and the rotation of spring and summer cloths to come out. if I bring it out maye warmer weather will come.

No sun today, I wil take a break and go for a walk. Little man has a friend over and it may prove to be a productive day.....

Sue: I hear you on the junk food thing. Most of the stuff I buy I make sure it's not things I like (for some reason since I've started Atkins Oreo's are my downfall). And for some reason the local grocery stores aren't carrying LC oreo's or brownies anymore. So I'm going to have to go to a bigger city's store. Glad to hear my house isn't the only messy one. I've got all the time in the world but HATE (detest is more like it) cleaning it.

L: Sounds like you were ambitious today. We're still living out of the summer clothes bins. I'll have to do the switch-a-roo one of these days as it's finally having a few warm days.

Well, DD didn't have to babysit this morning so we got to go fishing. I didn't catch much, but it was still fun going out. And the weather couldn't have been better!! Not too hot and not too cold. Still OP so I'm pretty happy about that!! Just wish the scale would show the effort. lol. But it's not been the month so I know it won't happen yet. But I'm still feeling healthier so THAT is the main things right now.
