Lunch~string cheese @ 430pm I just wasnt hungry today!
Supper~ chicken breast w/dijon sauce and ceasar salad
Not a good eating day.....I dont know why I wasnt hungry, and every time I went to go eat my eggs, I got sidetracked. Before I knew it, it was 430! So I had a cheese string to tie me over til supper was ready.
Anyway, I had loads of green tea today...and Im feeling alot better
Totals 614 calories, 14 carbs, 6 fibre
If I get hungry tonight, I'll have another protein/fibre shake!
This is my first test. Its been 3 weeks, and this will be my first free day. If I manage to get back to it tomorrow without any trouble, I'll take one of these every 3-4 weeks.
