Ok. I blew it AGAIN. What is it with the weekends that makes me go berserk? Fried shrimp, french fries and cheese cake. DANG it!! Tomorrow I'm doing the step & my 3 mile WATP tape. Hopefully that'll help waylay whatever damage I've done. No wonder the scale doesn't go down, I can't stay OP for longer than 5 days! Told DH guess this means I was meant to be fat. GRRRR I'm never going to make my Valentines day goal.
