Ok. If I could get rid of 2 areas on my body I'd say it's my flabby gut and my inner thighs. So anyone have any suggestions (I know, exercise, but what KIND?) on how to get rid of them short of liposuction??

Lordy- do NOT do lipo....Ive had it done twice and I would NEVEr do it again....when they suck the fat out of those places, its right, it doesnt come back, but unless you stay very skiiny it DOES come back, just in different places...and then your clothes dont ever fit right....Ive had a few plastic surgeries...and lipo is the only one Id never do again.

Brenda what I would do is go to the Exercise board here at 3FC's and ask those ladies whats best. I have no doubt that Meg, Mel, Mrs. Jim could give you all the info you need.
