Peanuts -- 2
Green tea -- 1

Lunch:
Chicken hot dogs -- 2
Cheese -- 1
Mushrooms -- 2

Snack:
Almonds -- 2
Cheese -- 1

Supper:
Bacon cheeseburger -- 1

Snack:
Peanuts -- 2

TOTAL: 14 carbs

Hard-boiled egg -- 2

Salad -- 6

Snack:
Chocolate chip cookies (2) -- 30 (??)

TOTAL: 47 carbs

I really should be doing this. It keeps me honest

Breakfast:
2 eggs scrambled with cheese and green onions - 3
1/2 glass lc orange juice - 2

Lunch:
Parm crusted steelhead - 1
Steamed zucchini w/alfredo - 2

Snack:
One scoop of SF ice cream - 6

Dinner:
Pork chop - 0
Steamed mixed veggies w/alfredo - 6

Total = 20
Veggie carbs = 7
