Leenie: You little speed buggie you!! Hope you have a good day!!

Well, I stepped on the scale and was pleasantly surprised to see it down!!!! I didn't expect to see a loss until either later this week or early next week. So I won't change my signature and I'll wait to "officially" declare it a loss on Saturday (my WI day). I've got to get back to the official weigh-ins and measuring!

Good morning

Leenie: Have a great day!

Brenda: Congrats!

Nothing much going on here......weight is still down.......looking for an official loss by the end of this week. Still no cheese......managed to make it through yesterday without being starving to death.
I have my favorite salad for lunch today......fajita seasoned chicken with my homemade salsa and spicey ranch dressing....hungry already just thinking about it.

Don't think I am going to get my bike this week Oh well, whenever...I still have to buy a helmet anyway.

Have a great day all.

Jane: Can't "weight" to see your WI loss Enjoy your chicken. It sounds really good. What's the seasoning for it?

TG: Doesn't it suck that we have to work our life around TOM? I don't think that's fair at all. Have fun kicking butt

Well, I had a pleasant surprise today!! The pool (just one of those pools that you add water and it raises the sides) the girls bought had been getting scuzzy and I didn't know what to do about it. I was all ready to brave the scum today and scrub it down and empty it and get it ready for winter. I bought some "pool shock" and was going to save it for next year, but thought, what they heck, I'll throw it in and maybe it'll help a little in getting the scum gone. Thew it in and turned on the water filter before leaving for work. I got home and OMG the pool was CLEAR!!!!! It's still a little slimy to the touch on the walls, but I can handle that!!! So now I can leave it up for a while yet. But before anyone can swim in it I have to buy testing strips to make sure the PH level isn't harmful. I'll do that tomorow. I've been OP again today. YOOHOO!! Thing is I missed my snack and didn't have time for lunch Can't wait to make supper lol

Jane used pool shock also? Guess it DOES work wonders everywhere

Sorry TG...couldn't help myself! I couldn't believe how slow it was either. Maybe because school is starting?

Well, Friday is our first bowling night. We're coupled with people we don't know. ARGH!!! DH and I aren't the most social or outgoing creatures. So it should be interesting. The girls are staying home by themselves. We're giving them each $4 if they follow the rules (and don't fight) because it sure is cheaper than getting a sitter. Oldest is 12 so it's about time they learn to stay by themselves. So we're going to see how that works out--if it doesn't work out then we'll be looking for a sitter.
