Lisa: enjoy your day and have fun shopping!!

I don't remember who asked...but both girls are in school full-time. Oldest is starting 7th grade and youngest is going to be a 4th grader. Dang that makes me feel old Well, another hot and busy day today. Oldest DD's mouth appliance (it spreads her mouth to make room for all her teeth) has finally fallen apart so now we get to find out WHEN the orthodentist is going to plop braces on. Back to paying big bucks again. lol. Then once we get her started....youngest needs to get started on HER teeth. aye yi yi!!! I need a money tree!! Well, have a good day you all!!!

Morning Ladies

Lisa: Have fun on your day off!

Brenda: I asked about the girls.....you aren't old! Oye BRACES! I remember that. I still get ghost pains from the elastics. My oldest neice had the spreader thing then they actually did surgery to completely reconstruct her mouth so that they could make room and resize her teeth. Very long story but you should see her now!

Well, I had my massage last night...hurt some...deep tissue...but he was good. I sware though NOTHING makes me relax. I think it must be physically and psychologically impossible for me. But it was worth it. Went to the store afterwards and bought a roaster chicken already done for dinner. Went home and DH had stopped at the local italian market and picked himself up some potato salad and he was so please with himself cause he also bought me some cole slaw I tried to explain to him that it had sugar in it but I didn't want to make him feel bad. Of course I had some....it was good. But I am down another pound today!
The weird thing is is that I have started having sandwiches at lunch with two YES TWO pieces of low carb bread. I thought that would be the end of me but it looks like it hasn't hurt at all. And I am glad to be rid of salads EVERYDAY. We shall see if this little theory works next week too

Have a great day all!

Lisa: Have fun with your best friend -- sounds like a great evening!

Brenda: When you figure out how to plant a money tree, please let me know!

Jane: Aren't boys so cute sometimes? How thoughtful of DH! My DH and dad have done the same thing for me before, and I sure don't have the heart to tell them either. I am inwardly cringing, but I eat it anyway. By the way, congrats on the one-pound loss!!

Another fabulous OP day yesterday! I can't believe it. I feel so good, I don't know why I ever get off track.

I am getting together at a friend's house tonight with a group of girls. I used to worry about what they'd have to eat there, and if it was off-plan, eat it anyway. Not tonight!

Hope you all have a great Thursday!

Take care,
Jina
