Hey, ladies! Just wanted to check in. I've been MIA for awhile -- visitors, computer problems, travelling, etc. But, I should be around much more frequently now. I've missed you all! Hope you are all doing fabulously!
I've found a great new walking trail near my new apartment, so I've been walking/jogging there. Eating has been a different story. I've been a little off-track for more than awhile now, but my weight has been holding steady (which is much better than going up, but it's still not going down which it needs to do). I've been giving in way too much and not standing up for myself if I can't eat something, so I've got to be stronger about that. Today, I am fully back on track -- yippee!
