Shimma: The nose is unrelated to my falling on my head I have horrible allergies and have had for years. A headache is one thing I know! The one I was having was after I conked my head

azmomma: I tend to get on the scale much too often. Although I haven't been lately since I have been being bad My clothes are the same so I don't think I am doing too much damage. I would set one day a week to be your official weigh in. That seems to be what most of us do.

Azmomma - I weight just about everyday. For me it keeps me on track.. I know i fluctuate daily but if it is up, I know it is a day to drink more water and really cut back on extras, if down, it makes me feel good!

Just doing a flyby "Hi!" Thinks are crazy here with it being week of the County fair and husband's side jobs are drowning us (the whole family pitches in to help). So, I"m reading and thinking of you guys, just completely out time most days!!! Today was annual evaluation and I got a raise though (didn't want to end on a sour note!)!!!

Talk to you soon. Oh, yeah, I can't figure out how to change my avatar now! I hit the big 50 loss!!!! Any help with this greatly appreciated!

Azmomma: I weigh myself (or did anyway) once a week. Once I get back OP again I'll go back to weighing once a week. Congrats on staying OP!!!!

Shimma: Glad you like the WATP exercise. I haven't done that in ages. Congrats on the new books also and try not to strain your back too much. How's it doing lately anyway? Still going to the chiropractor?

Karen: Glad your research has helped to ease your mind. And congrats on your excellent progress on this WOE.

TG: Sorry to hear about your dogs. I know it'd probably kill me to have to get rid of one of our animals (ok ok. the hermit crabs and fish would be easier to depart from! ) ...even the kittens even though we've only had them a couple weeks. and hope you don't have to seperate them!

Star: Congrats on your wedding anniversary!! WOW 3 years!! Are you and DH planning any type of celebration?

Leenie: Sorry to hear about the big boss. Try and have a good day!

Jane: I envy your ability to make clothes. I have my moms sewing machine that I refuse to give back to her I've made our bedroom curtains, the girls each a blanket (for Christmas last year) and this year I'm going to make them matching curtains for Christmas. They'll love it. But that's the extent of my sewing know-how. I'd love to learn more!!

Not sure what happened...but the pool filter is working now. The girls were bummed cuz they wanted to go swimming when I got home--but I had put chlorine in yesterday and needed the filter to help "process" the chlorine into the water. They can swim later today. Not sure if we're going camping tomorrow or not. If we are I need to get everything together today. ARGH!! lol. Wish DH could have taken off Friday...but now he even has to work Saturday. That figures. The one time we make plans that we can't (or won't in my case) change.

Forgot to mention...I've got a call in to the doctor I went to see about my sinus/ear infection. The meds he gave me don't seem to be working. I still have the same pressure/pain I did 5 days ago when I saw him. I'm hoping he'll re-prescribe something. The nurse said she thinks he'll want me to finish what I've got first. ARGH!!! You'd think if this was going to work it'd have kicked in by now. Why do they insist I have suffer just to finish this off? To prove it doesn't work?

LOL! Lori, you just made me remember that I wanted to use the chick also. I put mine in PhotoShop and changed the number so I don't have to wait for each 5 pounds.
