part of your signature idea?

I added, #s lost and #s to go to mine also.

Then it got to to thinking, should we start a "challenge" for those close to goal? What kind could we do to challenge ourselves to get there the right way?

As for a challenge, I don't know. I know they work for a lot of people, but I don't do good with them - especially when it comes to a scale game. I tend to fall short and then I beat myself up. Now that I'm almost to where I think I want to be, I far more focused on eating right and exercising.

Maybe it should be more along those lines? Like a weekly challenge to get X many minutes of exercise in X times a week? Something that reinforces establishing the healthy habits we'll need to maintain our new selves.

I've been bombing on the exercise AND eating right phase of this. Not sure what the problem is. Yup, beating myself up. Keep telling myself...if I can't do this for a week how the am I going to do this for LIFE? I'm such a mess lately

Star - Perfect!!! That is exactly what i need. I have done the work to get here (almost to goal weight, happier with self). But I'm starting to slack on the exercise and relax the good habits. Maybe we just need an "accountability thread".

We could just put our training goals in a list all together. Everyone could "see" what you are supposed to do. We could make each other accountable to do what they are supposed to! I don't know if anyone is interested, but I sure need it. At least until I get into a good lifetime habit. I let myself slip too easily
