Hey there!

Count me in for 20. 10 By the Brian Adams concert in August and another 10 by Labor day. I have been losing about 2.5 a week, so I figure, this should be obtainable? More obtainable than Brian Adams deciding to make me his love slave at the concert, right? LOL!

completed my induction, went down 13 lbs. but gained 3 back once upping carbs (we'll call it water) anyways want to change my labor day goal to losing 27 lbs. (need something to work for.

Ok, I made the very first goal I ever set and then pooped out on all the previous ones. I'm going to go for a very modest 8 lbs. My sister took the scale with her when she moved out so I can only weigh in once a week, which I think is good for me. I didn't weigh yesterday but I'll start with my weight from last week.

Can I revise my goal? I was shooting for 240. I made that as of today! Im so happy! My new labor day goal is 235. I hope this weight loss never stops! Im dreading the plataus I hear about.

Default Halloween Challenge
Are we doing a Halloween Challenge?

I stayed the same, 178 for Labor Day. So my goal for Halloween is 165. I thought I would make it more of a challenge instead of less.
