What would be the carb count for this recipe?

  • I thought this sounded heavenly! Also, could you eat it for induction?

    Broccoli Salad

    4 cups broccoli florets, lightly steamed and cooled
    1 yellow pepper, chopped large
    1 red pepper, chopped large
    1 red onion, chopped
    2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
    2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
    2 cups mild cheddar or other mild cheese, in small cubes (feta?)
    Italian dressing to taste

    Mix all vegetables and cheese. Toss with dressing. Refrigerate overnight
  • Put it in fitday.com it would give you the carb and fiber count.
  • I'm not sure what the carb count would be, it all looks induction safe to me except maybe the sesame seeds?
