This is the exact reason that we have 9 cars and only 2 run, but we won't talk about that. It just makes me so angry since if have something I need to do, I do it and get it over with.

I don't know what I'd do w/out the WATP tape!! Between that and taebo!! Then again, I'd love to check into doing pilates. But I'm afraid it'd be too hard for me. Time to fly again. Gotta pick up oldest DD.
Only 1 1/2 days of school left

Hi Girlies

Jane, yes you could blanch the broccoli, don't see why you couldn't.

Geez, I have been putting out fires all day at work. None of the issues resolved unfortunately.....*humph*

Thanks Leenie: I will give that one a try. My dh keeps laughing at me now that I like broccoli. He keeps asking what veggies we have for dinner and I say "broccoli". He is getting sick of it

Morti: My dh is not a procrastinator about stuff that he needs to do around the house or work etc....but when it comes to emotional or family stuff! Watch out! It could take him forever to make a move.

Brenda: Tell you what...you do your exercises and I will do mine! Shake?

Bunna: I can't bring myself to buy the candy.....I don't have a big sweet tooth so it's not like I would sit and eat the whole bag....it's just that I don't want to start a habit. I have had them though and they are good!

ellisdeekat: I forgot to say welcome this morning. You must have joined in yesterday when I wasn't around. Welcome!

Rachel: The people at work must think I have the smallest bladder because all they do is see me walking down the hallway to the ladies room.....ALL DAY!
I drink so much water lately. It feels good to be this hydrated though I have to admit.

Star: Staying home tonight?

Well it is almost over thank goodness......need to get the heck out of here (work that is )

Jane - I've been planning on it. Really, I have. BUT my friend Jeannie called and her kids are going to the movies and she really wants me to go down for a drink with her and I'm such a weak-willed person in these instances SO I might go.

Come on! Mixing drinks is easy! Take a glass, fill it with ice, add a shot of the mixer of your choice (diet soda or whatever) fill the rest of the way with your alcohol of choice.

OKay ladies, I did good today at work, I learned a whole new computer system and was so enthralled in that I forgot my lunch!!! OMG I didn't eat lunch until 2:30, although my LC friend at work had some beef jerky so i had some of that and before I knew it a couple of her almonds ended up in my mouth before I woke up and said "HEY I am on induction I can't have almonds!!!" hahahahaha

SP: I tried the Russell Stovers but even one of those little guys give me the farts and poops!!! They are like a total laxative! ahahaha A piece of a Z carb bar will do me fine or I had yesterday was the Pria LC bars, I figured the sugar alchohols would be better for craving than if I caved and ate real sugar, they worked in a pinch. Thank dog the cravings are already done, just one day that is GOOOOD!!

OH!! DH bought me some LC chocolate milk. Forgot who made it. Should be interesting. AFTER induction. Oh I'm not gonna make it 2 weeks. Hopefully I can drop this weight off this week and get off strict induction. OMG I've only been on it really ONE day and already I'm going nuts. HELP!!!!
