Hi again fellow low carbers!
Here I am back again after shamefully letting loose for a very long time - kept pretending I was low carbing when in fact I could barely get thru a day without snitching something bad - not sure what I was thinking - but the guilt was sure oppressive!!
Good news/bad news:
The bad news is I am up about 18 lbs since diligently following this WOE, the good news is at least I am aware of what is going on, and have not gained back all forty pounds lost!!!
The creeping numbers on the scale, as well as the clothes not fitting right have hopefully knocked some sense into me, as I valiantly again try to low carb my way to a decent weight. I know I felt better when low carbing so that is another motivator to keep me on track.
I am also hoping to travel (possibly a cruise?) in August w/dh and need to get back down to where I was (let alone beyond that!) so I can go with confidence and no guilt- even tho I won't be slim, I will know where I am coming from and how much I have accomplished!
I am glad you are all well and thriving and I am looking to you for MAJOR SUPPORT as I continue my weight loss journey

In fact I am hopping onto the May challenge and hope to lose weight by next Monday May 31st! I was up to 201.4 on monday and already down to 197.4 as of this morning!!! My goal is to reach 195 by monday, and 179 by travel time which is on or around August 14 (which gives me around 3 months to lose 20 pounds!)
I will try and check in daily altho it's hard, and I also hope to exercise 3-4 times per week to help get things moving!
