UPCOMING CHALLENGE!!!! - I am attending a conference for the next couple of days where meals/continental breakfast will be served! I called ahead to check on menu items (told them I had allergies)......looks like salads okay, one day is balsamic chicken breast in basil cream (will need to load up on veggies and ignore the rice pilaf and creme caramel for dessert - which will be hard as this is one of my FAVORITE THINGS!.)
Friday's lunch is salmon en croute (in a pastry shell which I will have to eat around), I will eat veggies and salad and ignore the potatoes....the dessert is CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE TORTE!!! - any suggestions on how to deal with this??
I will bring some cheese strings with me, and there should be some fruit around (I will pick lc options) as well as water and sf soft drinks - but I will have to be really strong and try not to get too hungry!!!
