  • Oh woe is me - too much hi carb bingeing over the weekend - trying desperately to get back on track...help!

    Monday:

    1/2 protein bar
    decaf w/cream

    Lunch:
    salad w/turkey, ham, cheeese 1/2 egg
    ranch dressing

    Snack:
    lc muffins
    decaf w/cream

    Dinner:
    steak
    Stir fried veggies (onions, mushrooms, zucchini) in garlic butter

    I hope that's everything?? Maybe a couple of pepperoni sticks if I get hungry!

  • Marie, so not trying to pick on you, but where are your veggies???? 1 bell pepper is not enough! We want to keep you healthy And out of curiousity, are you counting sugar alcohols? Those bars tend to be high in them.
