i bet it feels awesome to be back in ketosis again!
I use an Atkins Morning Start bar just about every morning and an Atkins bar in the afternoon usually too. They don't seem to bother me and I am definitly in ketosis. I try to stick to whole foods as much as I can, but right now everything is so darn hectic they just fit easily for me. Even when I prepack all my food for a 10 hour shift every day.
