  • YEAH BRENDA you got it!! That is exactly what you should do, make realistic goals for yourself not just what you think you should be doing or what other people think you should be doing, it has to be attainable otherwise you will give up. Baby steps, one tiny change at a time but consistantly!!! When you add it all up it is a HUGE change!
