Oh woe is me - too much hi carb bingeing over the weekend - trying desperately to get back on track...help!
Monday: Breakfast: 2 oz cheese curds 1/2 protein bar decaf w/cream Lunch: salad w/turkey, ham, cheeese 1/2 egg ranch dressing Snack: lc muffins decaf w/cream Dinner: steak Stir fried veggies (onions, mushrooms, zucchini) in garlic butter I hope that's everything?? Maybe a couple of pepperoni sticks if I get hungry! Froufy |

Froufy~ Me Too! but this feels SO much better!
5am Didnt get up and walk...still nursing hangover-lol...I had to put it in writing so I could "own" it.... Breakfast Hard boiled egg~1 Snack Low carb bar~2 Lunch Low carb burger from Carls Junior...hold the 4 grams of ketchup! ~3? **The Plan* Afternoon snack Pepperoni~0 Spicy pork rinds & Cream cheese~2 Dinner Steak~0 Grilled Mushrooms~1 Deviled eggs~1 I love this section because it gives me ideas for what I can eat! |

Marie, so not trying to pick on you, but where are your veggies???? 1 bell pepper is not enough! We want to keep you healthy :) And out of curiousity, are you counting sugar alcohols? Those bars tend to be high in them.
