Thumbs up New Treadmill

After paying the gym $15.00 a month to carry around my membership card and never use it, my DH to be brought me home a treadmill tonight! My question: for those of you who use a treadmill, whats your routine? Not quite sure where to start or where to go--thanks!

Well I dont particularly have a routine, but mine is set up in our family game room so I usually walk while watching nick at night it helps pass the time and boredom I tried reading while walking but the words bounce around too much lol, I also tried doing nothing but found I think too much so I found watching the television helped
Good luck Marie!!

Take Care
Michelle

I find my treadmill too boring. I don't remember the last time I was on it. Mine is in front of the tv. So IF I do go on it I watch tv--otherwise it'd be even more boring. I find I get a better workout with tapes (WATP & TaeBo). I'm thinking of selling my treadmill.

Well, I used the treadmill at the gym to get into a running program. You might check it out if you are interested. go to www.coolrunning.com and go to training and beginners and then to "Couch Potato to 5K"

Hope this helps.
