Default Conversation with myself

"ok Jane, enough with eating the wrong things. You have been so off plan this week that it isn't even funny. What is going on?"

"Well, TOM is on it's way."

"But you usually don't have cravings that bad."

"Well I do this week."

"Well next week get your butt back in gear."

"Ok I will."

She talks to herself and answers too? Sounds so familiar! I do that all the time!

Oh my. I think TOM is a nasty culprit because I swear that conversation was playing in my head.
But it was "I want that chocolate and it's not high carbed and it'll be ok."
While the angel part of me says "Keep your fingers OFF that chocolate or it'll fly RIGHT to your hips."
TOM has appeared and I've (knock on wood and break my fingers!!) not touched my zcarbs or my russell sto....(however you spell that last name) chocolate. *pats self on back*

"who are these people?"

"I don't know"

"Do you think they are friendly?"

"Must be, YOU TALK TO THEM EVERYDAY!"

Thanks for joining in on my little mental breakdown girls!

This weekend it is back on track for me. Just a little vacation I guess. God only knows the damage I have done. **sigh**

"What will they think when I tell them I blew induction again"
"Just don't tell them and they won't know. Pretend it didn't happen"
"I hate blowing induction. I've done it before"
"That was before sunflower seeds came back into your diet"
"How bad could sunflower seeds really be? And that's the ONLY thing I've blown on induction so that's not bad right?"

Hi Jane

Sybil has left the building!!!!!!!!! Jane is back. Got up this morning and went for my 2 mile walk. Going to plan my menu for next week. Damage wasn't too bad. I won't change my cw until Monday though just in case some is bloat.

Phew.....glad that is over.
