Default low carb fudge pops!

are so, so delicious!

i am on induction and i know i am supposed to stay away from sugar alcohols (probably why i am losing relatively slowly, but a sacrifice i am willing to make right now as long as it keeps me on atkins), but anybody that can have them should!

Made by who?

How many carbs? (including sugar alcohols?)

Don't hold out on us!

ooh ooh ooh!

made by klondike, here's the facts:

Calories 100
Calories from Fat 60
Total Fat 7g
Saturated Fat 4.5g
Cholesterol 20mg
Sodium 45mg
Total Carbohydrates 9g
Dietary Fiber 1g
Sugars 3g
Sugar Alcohol 5g
Protein 2g
Vitamin A 4% Vitamin C 0%
Calcium 6% Iron 2%

kind of a lot of carbs if you count sugar alcohols.. but not so bad for somebody past induction.. (or naughty induction people like me who aren't counting sugar alcohols)

That's the Carb Smart stuff, right?

I live and die by their ice cream bars and ice cream sandwiches.

Ok, well, them and Skinny Cow

I've never seen the ice cream sandwiches, but I saw the low carb breyers today for the first time at Safeway. They only had vanilla and chocolate, so I got the chocolate, and mmmm it's really good.

I'm going to die a million deaths of happiness! Ben & Jerry's now has "Carb Karma" ice creams. DH bought some and I tried a couple of bites (the one he bought has 14 grams of carbs counting the sugar alcohols ) Chocolate & vanilla ice cream mixed with brownie chunks and cookie dough. OMG

Oh heck. Eventually (meaning soon) I'm gonna have to check into getting me some. Just wish the weather would turn hot so that I could justify it now w/out freezing my inside as well as my outsides
