Default just curious

what you guys thought... how many think atkins works because it resets your body into burning its own fat, and how many think it works because it just results in less calories?

Hm. Interesting question. I think it changes your body so that it can burn more fat. I'm sure eating healthier helps

I do think its a little bit of both, but I think its the fact that you are burning your own fat. After all, when you get out of induction and into lifetime maintenance you aren't gaining it all back.

Definitely both. And more. It encourages you to consume nutrient-packed calories instead of all those empty ones.
